The Circle
ABOUT
A controlled rotation.
We produced a film built around a single movement, a continuous 360° travelling shot revolving around a central platform. Each sequence unfolds within this constraint, using rhythm, light and transitions to introduce new presences into the frame.
The set is reduced to its essentials. A circular stage surrounded by darkness. Light becomes the main tool, constantly shifting to reshape the subject, moving from direct exposure to stroboscopic pulses and orbital motion.
Transitions are embedded into the movement itself. Morphing, match cuts and light variations allow the film to evolve without interruption, creating a continuous loop.
Each figure enters, exists, and disappears within the same movement. The film builds as a cycle, structured, repetitive and controlled.
